Withdrawal issue - the money hasn't credited to my bank account

  • I added the PAN and bank account on dream 11 and the next day initiated the transfer from dream 11 to my bank account. It's been nearly 10 days but still I haven't got the money credited to my bank account. Why is that? I've raised complaints thrice but no response am I scammed?
