Worst and Lazy support

  • Before 4 days, I wrote my concern on helpdesk but no one replying from support. There is no any other medium to reach at support. when i mail them directly, i am getting automated mail saying " We will not reply to any emails directly sent to this address. Please ONLY use the “Contact Us” section of the Website or "Helpdesk" section of the App to reach us."
