Pan card upload error

I'm trying to upload and verify my pan card. But every time it is showing that the file needs to be less than 5 mb. Although I have tried to upload pics Even less than 269 kb. Still it's not accepting and I'm not able to complete my bank verification. This my first encounter with dream 11. And I'm disappointed.

This is an temporary fix u can try.
I was also facing the same issue from web browser. Then I tried using mobile app and selected phone camera to capture and upload photo immediately. It worked ...!!
